Ogunmola Ademayowa  has cognate experience in investment management and finance. She is a skilled corporate and commercial legal practitioner with over 13 years, post-call experience in various industries including engagement in a single-family office, construction,telecommunications, real estate, manufacturing, and commercial litigation.She also provides advise on business, corporate commercial practice,general litigation and intellectual property. She is currently a director on the board of EER Limited and sits on several other boards.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a member of Institute of Directors. She also holds certifications in Negotiation, Mediation and Hybrid Processes
